  • Contribute to annual strategic and tactical plans, brand plans, and project‑level planning
  • Build trust with clients through strong communication, responsiveness, and strategic thinking

  • Assist with forecasting planned work and resources; flag risks or changes to leadership
  • Identify potential growth opportunities and new business ideas and share with the account team
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Execution
  • Partner with program management to develop project briefs and lead or support kickoff meetings
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy, timelines, and client expectations
  • Support quality of deliverables by reviewing for accuracy and readiness before client delivery, while collaborating with senior account team members on final approval
  • Help manage workload and prioritization to keep projects moving and self and team members billable
  • Participate in, and at times lead, client meetings, status calls, and planning calls with healthcare professionals
  • Flag team issues and provide details to support difficult conversations related to timelines, budgets, and feedback
Professional Development & Industry Awareness
  • Stay current on industry trends, scientific developments, and competitive landscapes relevant to clients
  • Continuously build strategic, financial, and client management skills
  • Act as a strong ambassador for Precision AQ internally and externally
