• At least 4 years building expertise within the general space.
• Demonstrated critical thinking expertise in a fast-moving general environment.
• Storytelling instincts that turn data into a decision.
• Judgment seasoned by at least 4 years of real consequences.
• Working familiarity with temporary schedules and team norms at BDO.
• A solid foundation in Continuous Learning, refined over 5+ years.
• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level.

Responsibilities

• Spot where Active Listening breaks before it shows up in a dashboard.
• Read a Continuous Learning system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
• Keep BDO leadership honest with numbers they can act on.
• Steer BDO's Active Listening roadmap with both nerve and humility.
• Deliver high-trust results that align with broader business objectives.
• Support daily operations at our Kalamazoo site and keep workflows moving.
• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Balance independent work with effective temporary team collaboration.
