Overview

The Leveling the Fields Photographer captures the energy, impact, and stories behind our programs and events. This role helps bring our mission to life through high-quality, authentic visuals used across marketing, fundraising, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph after-school programs, special events, and key moments in action
• Take professional headshots of volunteers, team members, and participants as needed
• Edit and enhance photos (both your own and others provided) for consistency and quality
• Organize and upload images to shared drives in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure visuals align with brand and campaign needs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in photography (professional or strong hobbyist)
• Proficiency in photo editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
• Ability to capture candid, engaging moments—especially with kids and live action
• Reliable, responsive, and able to meet quick turnaround needs
