Advisory Solutions Group is seeking a storyteller-designer who can take an idea from napkin to launch as an Instructional Designer. The role emphasizes prototyping, cohesive visuals, and strong collaboration with copywriters to craft unified messages.

Expect a fast-paced, one-year prototyping track with strong benefits and a culture where senior engineers mentor newer talent. Prime location is Santa Clara, CA, with flexible work as needed.

• Experience turning ideas into tangible concepts and experiments.
• Ability to tightly couple visuals with messaging to tell a clear story.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, one-year prototyping cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the visual language for social, email, and ad creative.
• Maintain a 1-week sprint cadence without losing quality or distinctiveness.
• Pull a coherent palette from a logo previously used by multiple agencies.
• Test headline rhythm by reading aloud and selecting the best option.
• Incorporate accessibility from first sketch to final product.
• Merge copy and art into a single persuasive argument.
• Collaborate with copywriters to align visuals with messaging and tone.
• Develop concepts for temporary campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
