New Life Mission is seeking a Communications Coordinator to tell the stories of transformation within our Christ-centered program and connect donors, volunteers, churches and community partners with opportunities to make a difference.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will plan and produce communications across email, social media, print and our website, developing quarterly campaigns and maintaining an annual advancement calendar that aligns fundraising, events, storytelling and

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Strong organization and project management with multiple deadlines.
• Experience creating and publishing social media content with graphics and short videos.
• Ability to design clear materials using Canva.
• Familiar with email marketing platforms, MS Office and WordPress.
• Collaborate across departments and handle sensitive information.
• Nonprofit communications/marketing experience preferred; photography/video editing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce communications across email, social media, print and website.
• Develop quarterly campaigns and maintain one annual advancement calendar.
• Write stories that communicate impact while protecting families' dignity and privacy.
• Manage social media content creation, scheduling, publishing and engagement.
• Create newsletters, fundraising emails, brochures and presentations.
• Keep website content and dashboards current.
• Coordinate events, media opportunities and external vendors.
• Track results and recommend improvements.
