Job summary

Nike's NFL Uniform Design Team seeks a Product Design Storyteller to author narratives across uniforms, graphics, and branding. You will collaborate with design partners and leaders to align on concept development and presentation gates, shaping the future of sport.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior designers, leading creative brainstorms, and delivering narrative-driven design solutions that resonate with fans and athletes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 8+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research, inspiration, design development, problem solving.
• Experience working directly with a diverse range of consumers/athletes.
• Contribution to in-depth research leading to product storytelling.
• Ability to mentor designers and collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise narratives across NFL Uniforms and product spaces through visuals and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on construction, development, and gates.
• Work with Uniform Design teammates to shape the future of sport for the NFL.
• Lead brainstorms on creative strategies for uniform design.
• Review designs to ensure they meet goals and storytelling aims.
• Mentor and develop junior designers within the team and Nike Design community.
