Story is seeking a Creative Associate who can turn ideas into reality, fast. You’ll work directly with Jason Carman across Story and Wizard, turning rough thoughts into decks, briefs, or campaigns in a day.

You’ll juggle many projects, capture what matters in meetings, and move ideas from concept to visible output using AI tools like Claude Design and Figma. Writers, designers, and marketers all welcome.

Qualifications

• Able to turn rough ideas into polished decks and briefs quickly.
• Strong writing with a good sense for messaging and copy.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Make decks from rough thinking, fast, with AI-assisted design tools.
• Pull ideas out of leadership headspace into visible formats.
• Set up campaigns or videos, assemble teams, execute, and close.
• Track deliverables across Story and Wizard, maintaining context.
• Attend meetings and capture key points, then follow through.
