The City of Norwalk, Connecticut seeks an experienced professional to manage and implement aspects of stormwater and sanitary sewer systems, including the MS4 permit. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (An advanced degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is desirable)
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in stormwater drainage, and the operation and maintenance of stormwater drainage and sanitary sewer systems.

• Oversee stormwater and sanitary sewer systems operations and maintenance.
• Develop and manage budgets for stormwater and environmental activities.
