Job summary

Triangle Pond Management, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Stormwater Repair Crew Member to protect North Carolina waterways through hands-on fieldwork. If you enjoy outdoor environments and making a real environmental impact, this role offers a rewarding career path.

You will work 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, performing tasks such as grading, erosion control, pipe installation, turf establishment, mowing, planting, and invasive plant removal.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry.
• Experience using landscaping equipment such as mowers and hand tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable working on steep slopes, around water, and wildlife.
• Excellent time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grading, excavation, erosion control, pipe installation, turf establishment, mowing, planting, and invasive plant removal.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely to support repairs.
• Contribute to restoring and protecting North Carolina's waterways.
