Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking a Helper to join our Stormwater Department in the DC metropolitan area. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in stormwater management, drainage installation and maintenance, and collaborating with foremen and tradesmen on outdoor projects.

The position requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Training will be provided for flagging and confined-space work, with opportunities for career

Responsibilities

• Assist foremen and tradesmen with daily stormwater and drainage work.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining storm drainage structures.
• Assist with stormwater drainage system installation and maintenance.
• Dig ditches and manholes as directed.
• Perform continuous shoveling of wet material.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and deliveries.
• Assist with jobsite cleanup and demolition.
• Perform flagging as directed.
• Assist with confined space work.
• Follow directions from foremen and tradesmen.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.
