The position emphasizes leadership, design, and compliance across stormwater, floodplain, and hydraulic modeling disciplines, with opportunities for growth in marketing and project development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• 4–10+ years of experience.
• PE license in Alabama, or ability to obtain licensure within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for the discipline's services.
• Assist PMs/CAMs in scope, budget, and schedule.
• Hire personnel and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Ensure client quality expectations are met.
• Mentor and develop staff across the discipline.
• Develop opportunities and growth for the discipline.
• Collaborate with Business Development/Marketing on pursuits and proposals.
