Job summary

Ridge Valley Exteriors in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Restoration Roofing Sales Representative to capitalize on an active storm market. This position offers 100% commission with uncapped earning potential and requires frequent travel to storm-affected areas.

You will inspect roofs for hail and wind damage, document findings with photos, guide homeowners through insurance claims, and work with our operations team to move projects from inspection to completion.

Qualifications

2+ years of restoration roofing sales experience.
Experience selling insurance-funded roofing projects.
Insurance sales or catastrophe restoration experience preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Self-motivated, competitive, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Inspect residential roofs and exteriors for hail, wind, and storm damage.
Document damage with photos and inspection reports.
Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process.
Meet with insurance adjusters and review scopes of work.
Work with operations team to ensure projects move smoothly from inspection to completion.
Build relationships with homeowners while generating new business in storm-affected neighborhoods.
Represent Ridge Valley Exteriors with professionalism and integrity.
