SmartRoof in Reston, VA is hiring a Restoration Consultant to sell insurance restoration and retail roofing projects, guiding homeowners from first contact to a signed, funded contract. You’ll operate on a proven brand with in-house support on every deal and a commission structure that rewards experience.

A $6,000 signing incentive is paid in two installments as you ramp up. Expect a straight percentage of the contract, plus a $100 monthly per-claim bonus and extra rewards from the SmartLeague
