Job summary

North Atlantic Snow is seeking a Snow Sidewalk Crew Foreman to lead 3–6 shovelers at commercial sites across NH/ME/NH regions. You’ll organize crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive the crew truck when needed. You’ll work early mornings and emergency events, following a detailed storm plan and using apps to log work.

The role requires leadership experience, a valid driver’s license with a DOT Medical Card, reliability, and strong teamwork in varying winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading a crew preferred.
• Valid driver’s license & DOT Medical Card required.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to direct others effectively.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and for extended hours during storms.
• Comfort using mobile apps to log completed work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 3–6 shovelers at assigned commercial sites.
• Organize crews for efficient snow clearing, ensuring safety and quality.
• Drive the crew truck (valid driver’s license and DOT Medical Card required).
• Use and troubleshoot snow blowers, ATVs, shovels, and other sidewalk-specific machines.
• Work early mornings, late nights, and emergency events, be storm-ready.
