Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team in Florida. No roofing sales experience required—we provide paid training and a proven system to generate income by helping homeowners recover after storms.

You’ll inspect roofs, document damage, and guide clients through restoration and insurance processes. Earn in the range of $63K–$120K+ with uncapped commissions; flexible schedule and a strong promotion track.

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Coachable and motivated to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Perform roof and exterior inspections after storm events.
• Document damage and present findings to homeowners.
• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals.
• Assist homeowners with navigating insurance claims.
• Obtain signed restoration service agreements.
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training.
