Job summary

The Accord Group in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Project Sales Representative to help homeowners navigate insurance restoration after hail and wind damage while building a personal book of business. You will learn proven sales systems through hands‑on training and guidance from experienced mentors.

No roofing or construction experience is required; we value coachability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to start relationships from a cold lead.
