University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) is seeking a Stores Worker to support operations in UCLA Receiving and backup UCLA Mail Services. You will handle receiving and delivery of freight, packages and mail across campus health facilities, operate pallet jacks, vehicles, and mail equipment, and process outbound shipments in vendor systems.
The role requires strong English skills, data entry accuracy, customer service, and physical stamina for lifting up to 50 pounds.

Under the general supervision of the Senior Stores Supervisor, this position supports essential operations within UCLA Receiving and provides backup functions for UCLA Mail Services. Major job functions include: (1) Receiving and delivering freight/packages/mail for campus departments and health care facilities; (2) Operating electronic pallet jack, vehicles, and mail processing equipment; (3) Processing outbound shipments/mail through vendor supplied systems documenting recharge codes and service types; (4) Assisting with customer inquiries concerning service levels, package tracking, and shipping requirements. Acting independently, interacting with customers throughout the Center for Health Sciences and campus providing daily delivery and pickup of critical Package services.
