Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to join our Ohio plant team. The role emphasizes planning, problem solving, and strong communication to sustain safe, efficient operations.

You will work with a range of staff to coordinate planned work, support unplanned tasks, and drive continuous improvements in maintenance practices and data reporting. The position requires collaborative work with department leaders, adaptation to off-shifts and weekends, and alignment with safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in an industrial/manufacturing warehousing environment.
• Related college degree preferred or equivalent experience in maintenance or procurement.
• Mechanical Aptitude and Process Equipment maintenance experience preferred.
• Microsoft/ERP proficient
• Advanced computer skills for reporting, information transfer, and analysis are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard procedures/ best practices and offer suggestion to improve efficiencies.
• Participate, use, and support the maintenance work order system for continued growth and development.
• Work with department leaders on coordination of planned work and support unplanned work as necessary.
• Task and project oriented.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Ability to work some off shifts and weekends.
• Other duties as required by the needs of the plant.
