Job summary

Rexel Australia in Gympie invites applications for a hands-on role that blends warehouse and store duties with internal sales support. You will help keep stock moving, process orders and assist customers at the trade counter.

This position offers a friendly, team-oriented environment and opportunities to grow within a leading global electrical wholesaler. You'll be part of a branch team, with overtime on two Saturday mornings per month.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on delivering great customer service.
• Experience in store, warehouse, trade counter, or internal sales.
• Attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Confident with computer systems and handling customer transactions.
• Willingness to support team across tasks.
• Electrical wholesale or trade experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock accurately while maintaining a safe, organised warehouse
• Assist customers at the trade counter, process orders and respond to phone and email enquiries
• Support internal sales activity, including quotations, order follow-up and product enquiries
• Help maintain stock accuracy through receipting, put-aways and regular stock checks
• Work collaboratively with the branch team to deliver a smooth, reliable customer experience
• Work two Saturday morning shifts per month, paid at applicable overtime rates
