Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member in North Carolina to deliver friendly, high-energy service and handle food preparation, sales, and customer interactions. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and hospitality are valued, with opportunities to grow within the company.

This role includes a night shift with an additional $1.50/hr pay, competitive benefits, PTO, and tuition assistance programs, plus employee discounts and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for 10pm–6am shift and ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds (40 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Manage transactions at check-out, while keeping an eye on appropriate sales of restricted products
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
• Keep the goodz stocked throughout the store

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 16 years of age or older
