Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Store Team Member for our Waynesboro, VA location. You’ll warmly welcome customers, prepare high-quality food and beverages, and complete transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and adaptability, with opportunities to grow across store operations. Night shifts include an additional $1.50 per hour for working 10pm–6am, plus competitive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds (occasional 40 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Manage transactions at check-out, while keeping an eye on appropriate sales of restricted products
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
• Keep the goods stocked throughout the store
