Job summary

Tractor Supply in Florida seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members on the sales floor. The role includes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

The Team Leader is expected to be a top selling Team Member, lead shifts, train others, and uphold safety and operating standards while driving customer engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to drive performance.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support store recovery and customer engagement routines as directed by store leadership.
