Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an energetic Team Leader to support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach Team Members, manage Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, and support BOPIS/OMNI initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
