Job summary

A leading retail company is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Alexis, IL. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist the Store Manager with scheduling, training, and ensuring employee compliance.
• Manage merchandise per company work processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and control damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Ensure financial integrity through strict cashier accountability.
• Handle the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
