Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Team Lead in California to support the Store Manager in receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise to meet customer needs and drive sales. You will guide team members, provide training, and act as the leader on duty when the manager is away, including opening/closing duties and maintaining store safety.

The role requires up to 3 years of relevant experience, an associate degree or equivalent preferred, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds and operate basic

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to create and save text documents and to create and send emails.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Members with completing work in the store.
• Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and ongoing compliance education.
• Act as leader on duty, respond to customer and team concerns when Store Manager is unavailable, and handle opening/closing duties; ensure store safety and security.
