Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks per store process.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock, rotate and face merchandise; build displays.
• Restock returned merchandise.
• Order zones and drop shipment categories per Store Manager.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the front end and stockroom.
• Greet customers and process transactions at the register.
• Open/close the store under direction of Area Manager.
• Authorize refunds and overrides in absence of leadership.
• Monitor cash levels and cashier accountability.
• Complete paperwork as assigned.
