Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent year-for-year experience.
• 3+ years directly managing software engineering teams.
• Fluent agile practitioner — 3+ years actively leading Scrum/Kanban (or SAFe).
• Experience leading teams delivering front-end and back-end apps on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GC), Kubernetes, microservices, and SOA.
• Hands-on experience establishing test automation and CI/CD quality gates (Selenium, Playwright, pytest) with TDD/ATDD.
• Working familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling and responsible adoption at team scale.
• Strong project-planning skills and ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
