The Buckle, Inc. is opening a new Round Rock store and is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help deliver a great guest experience through friendly service, accurate register work, and merchandising support.
You will greet guests, handle transactions with POS, stay informed on promotions, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with displays while upholding Buckle policies. No prior experience required; part-time shifts with holiday coverage offered and benefits provided.
We are excited to open a brand new store at the Round Rock Premium Outlets in Round Rock Texas in November! We will be hiring many new positions for this team and will start interviews October 1st. The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, this position completes a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in a retail store setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
