Job summary

Under Armour, Inc in Orlando is seeking a Store Supervisor to coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results. You will back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high-performance culture where everyone thrives.

We count on you to analyze daily sales trends, direct merchandising moves, monitor loss prevention, and lead areas such as Talent, Visuals, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology such as handheld and mobile devices.
• Able to stand, lift and move cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and store audits.
• Lead ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations areas to gain broad experience.
• Provide customers with detailed product information.
• Communicate priorities and KPIs to sales teammates.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training with store leadership and HR.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Your Impact

We count on our Store Supervisors to:

• Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices)
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs during each work shift with or without an accommodation
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding
