Job summary

Under Armour in Leeds, AL is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach teammates, uphold merchandise standards, and drive results. You’ll back up the ASM, help create a high-performance culture, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

You should have at least 1 year retail experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with technology. This full-time role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, plus the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Knowledge of employment laws including federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time strategic decisions.
• Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves for best presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations areas.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide product selection.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership.
• Set clear priorities, sales and KPI targets for the team.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Your Impact

• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• High school degree or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a retail environment
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with or willingness to learn technology (such as hand-held and mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Can stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs./12kgs during each work shift with or without an accommodation
• Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding
