Qualifikationen

• Ability to communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner.

• Greets customers and assists with suggestions or recommendations; handles payments and rings up sales.
• Performs multi-function operations and assists with store transactions and reporting as directed.
• Supervises shifts, schedules employees, and trains staff in accordance with company standards.
• Performs and monitors cash handling, nightly close-out, and shift reports.
• Maintains compliance with policies for product and store operations.
