Job summary

Sheetz in Statesville, NC is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with energy and a customer-first mindset. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure fast, friendly service to meet exact customer specs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds; assist with 40 pounds as needed.
• Must be 18 or older; for certain tasks some states require 21+.
• Must be able to provide high-energy, positive service and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specs quickly and safely.
• Coach and mentor team to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated, and available.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

QUALIFICATIONS

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
