Job summary

Sheetz in Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead our overnight store team. You will greet customers, ensure fast, friendly service, and coach teammates to deliver top‑tier hospitality while maintaining product availability.

Starting pay is USD 20.00 per hour, with a $1,000 sign‑on bonus and a $1.50/hr night differential. The role offers quarterly bonuses, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) match and stock ownership, plus comprehensive medical, vision and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and excel as a Team Member
• Monitor store inventory, merchandising, rotation and product availability for customers
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean

$1,000 Sign on Bonus! ($500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment)

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
