Responsibilities

• Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintains high standards of customer service during busy shifts.
• Communicates clearly with management and team members.
• Greets customers in person or by phone and takes orders professionally.
• Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits and informs customers about menu items and specials.
• Oversees daily shift assignments and ensures food quality and service standards.
• Manages cash handling, counts registers, and processes daily reports.
• Keeps workstations clean, stocked, and organized; assists with inventory control.
