Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft.
• Monitors for suspicious behavior and communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.
• Ensures compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimises operational shortage.
• Represents Ross Stores brand with professional appearance and courteous service.
