Academy Sports + Outdoors in Zanesville, OH is hiring seasonal Store Team Members for our busiest season. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor neat and ready.

You may work in cashier, sales, merchandising or receiving, with emphasis on friendly service, product knowledge, and accurate pricing. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; prior retail experience helps.

You may support customers in sales, cashier, merchandising, and receiving work, giving you a broad view of how the store operates. Your efforts influence service, sales, store readiness, and the overall customer experience. You move where the store and its customers need support most, whether that means helping someone find the right product, completing checkout transactions, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, or keeping pricing and signage accurate. Throughout each shift, the work requires attention to detail, product knowledge, and a willingness to learn new processes.
