Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking new Field Representatives to gather critical retail information, merchandise products, and conduct resets across assigned markets. You will use a company app to record data, take photos, and report results to our corporate office. Strong customer interaction is expected as you support our clients.

We offer a $200 sign-on bonus for this area, plus comprehensive training, mileage reimbursement, 401k with match, and paid time off. Flexibility for hours and travel is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Available at least 32 hours per week.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds intermittently and stand during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assigned projects within your market area.
• Possibility to work across the United States independently or in groups.
• Download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project data to corporate for review.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as needed.
• Perform planogram and shelf resets at various locations.

What will you be doing?

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client's needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with the attention to detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client's behalf.
