RDSolutions is hiring for part-time, flexible field data collection roles in Minnesota. The position offers training, a guaranteed minimum with upside, identity theft protection, and a 401k with company match. You will work on assignments in grocery stores, with drive time paid and mileage reimbursement.

Emphasis on accountability, respect, and trust. Ideal candidates are reliable, have a valid driver’s license, smartphone access to the pricing app, and comfort working in cold store aisles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
