Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring a Field Representative in West Virginia. The role offers flexible schedules and the ability to work within store hours, with a guaranteed minimum compensation and upside based on productivity.

Training is provided, and part‑time team members receive 401k with match and identity theft protection. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds while working in

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
