RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Springdale, AR with flexible schedules and no prior experience required. This part-time role includes a comprehensive training program, a smartphone-based workflow app, and the chance to earn through productivity with guaranteed minimum compensation.

You will work on various store projects, receive mileage and drive-time reimbursement, and enjoy flexible hours that fit student schedules, with a focus on accountability, respect, and trust in daily

Competenze

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the required detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
