Job summary

RDSolutions in Santa Monica is seeking flexible Research Associates to collect work assignments and earn money on your own schedule. You control how much you collect per hour and where you work, with training provided to maximize efficiency across stores.

This part-time role offers guaranteed hourly minimum in wage-floor areas, productive pay, and perks like 401k with match, identity protection, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments from stores and complete tasks for each project.
• Drive to locations using personal vehicle; ensure timely completion of orders.
• Follow project criteria and maintain reliability to earn compensation.
