RDSolutions in Round Lake Heights, IL is hiring part-time Field Representatives to support various store projects. A $200 sign-on bonus is offered for this area, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement and a guaranteed minimum payoff that grows with productivity.

You will work as part of a flexible schedule team, require a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, smartphone access to the pricing app, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects for the company with timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform assigned field tasks at customer grocery stores.
• Drive to locations and manage mileage as part of compensation.
