Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring for a Research Associate to pick up and complete store-based collection tasks with flexible hours. You set your schedule within client windows and can control earnings by speed and accuracy. Comprehensive training is provided to maximize efficiency and ensure project criteria are met.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and can stand for long periods while lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to start/finish assignments on time.
• Smartphone with access to company pricing app and ability to receive work assignments.
• Ability to stand throughout shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Collect items at grocery store locations within client windows.
• Complete assignments with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Attend training provided by the company and perform tasks independently.
• Follow the AR T principles: Accountability, Respect, Trust.

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
