Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in the Quinlan, TX area. The role supports the company by completing field tasks and collecting items in store aisles as needed, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Applicants should be at least 18, hold a high school diploma, have a smartphone with the company pricing app, and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance. Training and a guaranteed minimum with upside are provided, along with mileage reimbursement and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.

• Smartphone with access to pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
• Reliable to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures around grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
