Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a part-time team member to support field projects and complete assignments at grocery stores in Perris, CA. The role includes starting with a comprehensive training program and working with a compensation plan that has a guaranteed minimum plus upside as performance improves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance are required.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers as some projects require it.
