RDSolutions is seeking a flexible Research Associate in Manning, AR. You will choose when and how much you earn by completing driver-related tasks within client windows and using the pricing app. Training is provided to maximize efficiency and earnings potential.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed. Part-time, independent work with opportunities for growth and a guaranteed minimum where available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments within the client’s window.
• Earn compensation based on productivity with a guaranteed minimum where applicable.
• Follow training and company pricing app protocols.
• Maintain reliable, timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while delivering results.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
