Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking individuals for flexible delivery/driver roles with independent work style. You will choose when to work, collect assignments, and drive to stores to perform tasks. Comprehensive training is provided to help you maximize hourly earnings.

This role offers a guaranteed hourly minimum in wage-floor areas and opportunities to earn extra money through productivity-based compensation while enjoying flexible schedules and 401k with match.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete assignments on time.
• Able to stand and lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in cold grocery store environments.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
