Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring a Field Representative in Hayward, CA with flexible schedules for college students. No prior experience required. You can work within the store’s open hours, study during finals, and enjoy a casual dress code.

A $200 sign-on bonus is offered for this area along with comprehensive training to ensure understanding of duties. The role includes guaranteed minimum pay with upside based on productivity, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and a 401k with match for

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerator/freezer areas while collecting items.
