Job summary

RDSolutions in Garland, TX seeks part-time workers for flexible scheduling. Retirees are welcome and encouraged to apply. A comprehensive training program is provided to ensure understanding of the position and expectations.

Compensation is productivity-based with a guaranteed minimum and upside as you complete projects. You will use a smartphone pricing app, receive assignments, and may receive mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments at grocery stores as directed.
• Use pricing app to receive and report completed work.
• Adhere to schedules and complete tasks with accuracy.
• Maintain safety and comply with company policies.
