Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for flexible, student-friendly hours in the United States. The role requires no prior experience and offers a guaranteed minimum pay with upside based on productivity, plus comprehensive training.

The position is part-time with benefits including 401k with match, identity theft protection, and paid drive time with mileage reimbursement. You will work in grocery store environments, following our A.R.T values of Accountability, Respect, and Trust.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
